Among them is the serenata for three voices <em>Clori, Lidia e Filli<\/em>, probably first performed in Naples on 2 June 1701 on the occasion of the Feast of Corpus Christi, and subsequently lost to obscurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its rediscovery is due to the curiosity and creative insight of Simone Vallerotonda, one of Italy\u2019s leading lutenists, who presents it here in its modern premiere together with I Bassifondi, the ensemble he founded in 2017 to revive the Baroque repertoire for plucked strings and basso continuo.
