Falstaff – Burattini e burle

Falstaff is an ageing and mischievous puppeteer who, short of money, devises tricks and schemes to get by. His puppets and marionettes, together with the children in the audience, laugh and delight in his clumsy deceptions—before helping him set things right.

In this free adaptation of Verdi’s Falstaff, audiences enter a constantly transforming world populated by masks, puppets, and marionettes. Because everything in this world is a jest!

For families, a workshop session is offered before the performance, starting at 3:00 pm or 5:30 pm, including a delightful snack break.

Recommended for ages 3 and up
