Music for the Cure, a fundraising event in support of Komen Italia – Emilia-Romagna Committee and Fondazione Sant’Orsola, presents Stefano Bollani in Piano Solo: a recital that is reborn each evening as a unique and unpredictable experience, shaped by a musical flow guided by his extraordinary imagination.
At the piano, Bollani continually creates something new, moving freely across genres and eras—from classical music to jazz to South American rhythms—in a vibrant interplay of musical creativity.
In this second edition, Music for the Cure will support Komen Italia – Emilia-Romagna Committee and its “Donne al Centro” project, based at the Bellaria Hospital in Bologna, reaffirming that the primary goal is always to place the individual at the centre of the care pathway.
At the same time, the initiative also involves Fondazione Sant’Orsola, supporting its project aimed at the “humanisation” of the new Day Hospital for women’s oncology.
Whenever Stefano Bollani takes the stage, each concert promises to be a unique event. Piano Solo is a performance that is reborn every evening, with an ever-unpredictable repertoire shaped by the inspiration of the moment.
His recitals are never merely “concerts”, but true streams of musical consciousness, moving freely between classical, jazz, pop, Brazilian music, and Italian song, in the “magical” alchemy that Bollani creates with his audience.
