Children’s Harmonies: A Musical Journey for Children Aged 0–36 Months and Their Families
Harmonies for Children is a musical journey designed for very young children, from 0 to 36 months, and their families. It is not a traditional concert, but a participatory sound experience in which adults and children share listening and musical interaction.
Rhythmic games, vocal expression, singing, and movement guide an active listening experience, conceived to “make music” together naturally, within a welcoming and immersive environment.
A Participatory Musical Experience from the Very First Months
The project actively involves both children and accompanying adults, enhancing their relationship through sound and gesture. The musical experience thus becomes a shared space of discovery, carefully tailored to the needs of the youngest participants.
A Journey through Periods and Musical Languages
The programme spans different periods and styles, from the Baroque to the twentieth century and folk traditions, featuring music by Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Giuseppe Verdi, and George Gershwin.
An itinerary that introduces the diversity of musical languages in an accessible and engaging way.
A Project in Collaboration with Teatro La Fenice
This welcoming and immersive format has been developed in collaboration with the Education Department of Teatro La Fenice in Venice, reflecting a strong commitment to the quality of musical experience from early childhood.
