Martina Meola

Born in Milan on 28 November 2012, Martina Meola began her piano studies at the age of six with Irina Bogataia at the “A. Starcea” School of Arts in Chișinău, Moldova. In 2022, she returned to Italy and was admitted to the Milan Conservatory, where she studies with Silvia Limongelli.

At a very young age, she has already distinguished herself in several international piano competitions, including the “Admiralty Star” in St. Petersburg, the “Vladimir Horowitz” Competition in Ukraine, and “Piano Talents” in Milan. In March 2025, she was awarded First Prize at the “Jeune Chopin” Competition in Lugano, with a jury chaired by Martha Argerich. She has also taken part in masterclasses with Evgeny Kissin and Lilya Zilberstein.

In 2023, she won First Prize in the “Young Talents” category at the Milan Conservatory and was invited to perform Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1 at the European Political Community Summit in Chișinău, Moldova. In 2024, she performed Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 at Sala Verdi in Milan with the Youth Orchestra conducted by Daniele Moles.

She has appeared in Florence, Rome, Munich, Brussels and Paris, and has performed for the Società dei Concerti di Milano and Steinway & Sons Italy.
